Whare Ora is designed to help Tūwharetoa Homeowners evaluate repairs and maintenance in their home. Our Building Assessor will visit your property and complete a full external and internal audit of your property free of charge to identify your housing repair needs. Once complete, you will receive a full report documenting any required work to improve the health of your property. Our aim is to assist Tūwharetoa iwi by encouraging good repairs and maintenance knowledge and practise. He Iwi Kāinga and Tūwharetoa Settlement Trust do not fund the Repairs and Maintenance identified in our report. Instead, we aim to provide advice, education, assistance and understanding of where funding can be sought and other options to look at including supporting you with lending applications if desirable. *
