Through our Te Pou Whirinaki – An Introduction to Māori Trustee Governance Course we aim to upskill our Ngāti Tūwharetoa whānau who are aspiring, or new trustees.
Too often we hear active governance over the whenua is a barrier for whānau wanting to develop their whenua for Papakāinga. This course will help to unlock the potential of our people, ensuring each block, trust and incorporation holds strong effective governance.
This course is offered both through He Iwi Kāinga and externally through trained facilitator’s involved in its design.
