Further to our recent letter enclosed with the voting packs, we would like to advise that after receiving further legal advice in relation to Eruini George, TST would like to make it clear that being a Trustee on two Central North Island Iwi Post Settlement Government Entities may create a conflict, but any actual conflict will be determined on a case by case basis when the issues arise during meetings.
