  1. To be eligible to be registered as a beneficiary of the Tūwharetoa Settlement Trust you must be a member of the Ngāti Tūwharetoa by whakapapa or whangai.
  2. Please note: "Whangai" means those persons who do not whakapapa to Ngāti Tūwharetoa but who are adopted by a member of Ngāti Tuwahretoa in accordance
    with the tikanga of Ngāti Tūwharetoa.
  3. Please note that all information provided in this form may be used by the Tūwharetoa Settlement Trust for the purposes of the Trusts' Iwi and Hapū Registers.
